These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of AusLanka's main website and hub services (Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

If a service does not publish separate terms, these Terms continue to apply.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for the content you publish or share on AusLanka. Content must not be unlawful, misleading, or infringe the rights of others.

We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service (including via scraping, bots, or automated harvesting);
• upload malware or attempt to bypass security or rate limits;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business or organisation.

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design, and branding, excluding user content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate and promote the Service.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and the state or territory in which we are established.
